The São Brás Golf Society is a friendly society, freely associating without formal registration as allowed under Portuguese law. Although we enjoy this freedom to associate, the law still demands that we maintain a set of rules that govern the way we operate and these rules are set out below in the Articles of Association.

 

And of course being a golf society we also need to have a set of rules to govern how we play the game ensuring that our play is fair to everyone. In this respect we have chosen to operate in alignment with the R & A golf rules with modifications to reflect local courses and to make for enjoyable golf and a quicker pace of play.
